Paid to Eremos Acadia
$850
Covers lodging at the Alcyon Center, transportation during the retreat (including the group rental van, regardless of how you arrive), a one-day e-bike rental, breakfasts and lunches, and other retreat and administrative expenses.
$250 deposit is due at registration (non-refundable); the remaining balance is due before the retreat.

Estimated cost for your own travel to and from Maine, dinners in Bar Harbor, souvenirs, and any personal gear you need to pick up before the trip.
Estimated total, all in: about $1,550 per person. A recommended packing and supply list will be provided in advance so you know what, if anything, you'll need to buy.
How payment works
Eremos Acadia is being formed as an LLC in the state of Kansas so that payments come to the organization rather than to Micah or David as individuals. Once accepted into the 2027 cohort, you'll receive a commitment form — and, once our payment processing is live, a secure link to pay your deposit and, later, your remaining balance.

Online payment isn't live on this site yet. It's waiting on a few pieces of paperwork: the Kansas LLC's EIN and a business bank account, both required before we can turn on card payments. Once that's in place, accepted applicants will get a payment link by email — nothing needs to be paid through this website today.
